We can purchase in any market
QUESTION:
“We can purchase in any market” Should I make this statement on my flier if I don’t intend on purchasing the property myself? my intentions are LOA’s.
ANSWER:
I would say “we can help people in any market” or something like that.
Don’t say buy if you’re not going to buy. I would say “we can buy, option or sell” in any market etc.
IMPORTANT ADDITION:
The key isn’t to “not tell the truth” about anything. You don’t need that kind of pressure on yourself. If you have no money to hold, then don’t say you can. If you have no money to purchase, or haven’t built the relationships with capital yet, don’t say you can. It’s all about being yourself and working withing your own limitations. This creates a certain “comfort” level during your negotiations that make you come across as more trustworthy. And trust me, that’s a shortcut to success right there!
