Getting your tenant/buyer financed

I just got off the phone with a mortgage broker. He said FHA loans would be the best way to go. This is what is required
-credit score of 620-640
-43% debt to income ratio
-3.5% down
-proveable income
ANSWER:
Very cool. Also ask him what the requirements of a “refi” are. The reason is because if they are living in the house for 6-12 months it may be consideration for a refi depending on the lender.
Having a relationship with a mortgage broker is integral so kudos for doing so!
