Would it be best to have a property management company do the group showing as opposed to a real estate agent?
ANSWER:
It depends on the situation of the deal. If an agent is hired to locate a buyer, then they’re the best to show, pre-qualify etc. But, if you’re hiring a property manager to see the deal through after your purchase and/or assignment, then let them do it. Again, whomever is locating the prospective tenant/buyer is the most qualified to show.
