What if the seller wants money down?

What if the seller wants 5% down and I want to assign the deal, How can I collect an assignment fee? Should I walk away because it’s not a win win situation?
ANSWER:
Yes, you would need to take more than 5% down in order to get your fee. And, that money still comes off the sale price.
In short, walk away. You’re looking for sellers who don’t want any money down but just want the damn house gone!
