QUESTION
Do you have experience with straight wholesaling as well?  I have kind of stumbled upon a deal and am currently working on an assignment deal with a cash investor.  I was wondering if I should expect to get paid at closing or if it’s reasonable to be paid upon assigning the contract and then be done.  I’ve heard it done both ways in different courses, but was wondering if you’d ever done one and how it worked for you.

ANSWER
It’s totally up to you on how you want to be paid.  There are several variations in the manual.
